We sell digital and physical personal and business documents and certificates. Products are delivered as downloadable / printable files or physical documents. We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate, but errors may occur.
3Orders and payment
All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include applicable charges like shipping and other charges where needed. Payment is processed by third-party providers. We do not store full payment card details.
4Delivery
Upon successful payment, a digital or printable copy file will be sent to you or physical copy sent to your shipping address provided. Links expire after 24 hours. If you cannot access your download, contact support and we will re-issue.
5License
Your purchase grants you a license as described on our Licensing page. That page forms part of these Terms.
6Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
7Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense our documents.
- Use the site in a way that interferes with its normal operation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its infrastructure.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our site.
